*The first initial appointment is very important. Please allow 15 minutes in addition to the time allotted for the treatment for filling out the skin health questionnaire and consent forms.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment. If you happen to fall ill or experience an emergency, your appointment may be rescheduled without charge.


Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Refunds and Results

Any service and product purchased are non refundable. If an amount was paid then it will be credited to your account for future services and or product. Product may be exchanged for something else within 14 days from the purchase date. Product must be unopened and in its original packaging for an exchange to occur. Results are never guaranteed and exact, because everyone responds differently and in their own way.

Gift Certificates

Expiration dates may not be amended or extended for any reason. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule but it is best to schedule your appointment at least a month in advance or a month before your gift certificate expires in order to determine the best time for you, especially if you are needing weekend availability. Please bring your gift certificate to be redeemed at time of service, if you fail to do so you will be charged the full amount. Gift certificates are to be redeemed for services only, unless your gift certificate specifically says “redeem for product purchase.” Gift certificates are not refundable for cash and all sales are final.
